MercadoEnvíos shipment plugin for VirtueMart 3 (temporarily discontinued)

ATTENTION: Plugin temporarily discontinued due to Mercadolibre now forbids the use of MercadoEnvíos in third party stores. We advise to not purchase until further notice

This plugin integrates MercadoEnvíos shipment method with VirtueMart 3. This plugin, automatically integrates to your VirtueMart store in a way that the store administrator simply installs the plugin and after several simple configuration steps, gets a full fledged shipment method. With MercadoEnvíos in your store, you can provide lots of shipment methods to deliver your products.

WARNING

MercadoEnvíos works only if our MercadoPago payment plugin is configured and published, if otherwise, this shipment method will be disabled in checkout regardless the configuration you set up. If you whish to purchase our MercadoPago payment plugin, please click here.

This plugin works with stores based in:

• Argentina
• Brasil

Install Instructions:

1. Make shure you have latest VirtueMArt version. Check it out here
2. Install the plugin using Joomla! extensions installer
3. Enable plugin on Joomla! plugin manager
4. Create and configure a new VirtueMart payment method (Components->VirtueMart->Payment Methods->New)
5. Write down the new payment method name
6. Select "Yes" on "Published"
7. Select "VMShipment - MercadoEnvíos Shipment Plugin For VirtueMart 3" in "Shipment Method" field
   
8. Click "Save" to enable "Configuration" tab
9. Click "Configuration" tab
10. Set the "Client ID" and "Client Secret" provided by MercadoPago. You can get your credentials through this link http://developers.mercadopago.com/documentacion/autenticacion and then, click on the button "Obtener credenciales", finally, you may select the correct country according to your MercadoPago account and it will display your credentials
11. Set the options as you like

Activate MercadoEnvíos in your account:

1. Access your account at MercadoPago or MercadoLivre according to your account counrtry:
   • Argentina: https://www.mercadopago.com.ar/envios
   • Brasil: https://www.mercadopago.com.br/envios
2. Click "Activar MercadoEnvíos" button
3. Complete the stepts required by MercadoEnvíos
